Marine Masters required the development and implementation of an Integrated Management System (IMS) focused on Quality (ISO 9001:2015) and Occupational Health & Safety (ISO 45001:2018) to meet demanding client requirements in the logistics sector.

HSE Masters provided consultancy for IMS establishment, focused on:
- Developing all necessary documented information (manuals, policies, procedures, work instructions, HIRA, EA, etc.).
- Executing staff training, including Implementer and Internal Auditor courses.
- Supporting the client through the Internal Audit and Management Review processes.
- Guiding the selection and engagement of the external certification body.
