GNGC, a key national infrastructure company, sought to enhance its occupational health and safety performance and achieve certification to the international standard, ISO 45001:2018, to demonstrate commitment to employee well-being and operational safety.

Solution

HSE Masters managed the entire lifecycle of the ISO 45001:2018 management system development and implementation:

• Development of OHS procedures, processes, management plans, and work instructions.
• Carrying out risk assessment (HIRA) and developing the environmental aspect register.
