Sealand and Inland Services sought to implement an Integrated Management System (IMS) covering Quality (ISO 9001:2015), OHS (ISO 45001:2018), and Information Security (ISO 27001) and achieve simultaneous certification.

HSE Masters provided technical support for IMS establishment:
- Establishment of all necessary documented information.
- Training and sensitization of staff, including internal auditors’ training.
- Technical support in conducting the first internal audit and management review.
- Advisory support in seeking and engaging external auditors and the certification body.
